Terms & Conditions for Package Booking
Great Indian Holidays is only a travel and tour coordinator or Authorized Travel agent. It does not operate Resorts / Hotels / Home stays of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of Resorts / Hotels, to choose the best option as per the customer requirement and prices to customers, it has tied up with many Resorts / Hotels.
- Children above the age of 5 to 12 years will be charged full or extra bed as per the booking hotel’s policy, Great Indian Holidays does not have any right or concern in the matter.
- The Great Indian Holidays shall neither be held responsible nor will the amount be refunded in case you are unable to check in the hotel / resort as per your date of arrival as per the booking.
- For various facilities offered by the Great Indian Holidays please demand for the itinerary.
- No postponement or preponement confirmed booking will be made.
- Hotel / Resort dates subject to availability.
Great Indian Holidays is responsible for
- Issuing a Valid Hotel Voucher that will be accepted by the Resort / Hotel.
- Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.
- Providing customer support and information in case of any inconvenience in the time of a trip.
Great Indian Holidays is not responsible for
- If the client cannot reach on to the places as per the booking, Client has to follow strictly stick to the itinerary as provided by Great Indian Holidays. No changes will allowed or accepted after issuing the travel plan as per itinerary.
- If the Hotel / Resort employees behaving rude or any misbehavior from anybody cannot handle by us. It has to be reported and settle at nearest Police station where it is situating or happened.
- Any Harthal or any strike, natural calamities happened in the time of travel it is beyond our controls, according to the situation or scenario we will support the client.
