Mattupetty Dam is located at 13 km from Munnar city and situated 1700 meters above the sea level in Idukky District, Kerala. Mattupetty Dam is a storage Concrete Gravity dam built in the mountains of Munnar, Kerala, India . This mainly used to maintain water for hydroelectricity.
